Torcidos Sinteticos, SL has the facilities and capacity to twist and convert an endless amount of different twist levels on a variety of high performance synthetic yarns. 

Large experience of many years in this market along with state of the art twisting equipment, allow us to manufacture twisted products that are specifically what the customer requires and demand. 

Depending on the fiber, we can twist yarns with counts as low as 100 denier and as high as 100000 denier.

Our special twisting equipment allow us to process high performance fibers without damaging the filaments in the fiber, therefore always achieving the optimal strength of the fiber at that twist level.

Twisted products can be single twisted products or multiply and cords in the "s" direction and the "z" direction.

Number of ply and ends can change depending on customer requirements and needs.

Since 2009 we have incorporated a new division to produce Braided Yarns for different aplications such as the production of Blinds, Curtains, Venetian Blinds.

We are working on a new investment to produce yarns with special finishing and coating looaking at the possibility to add performance to high performance yarns.
